We have missions to be continued! Initiatives by PS280Q in Queens, New York were placed on hold due to the pandemic. Safety for our volunteers and members in Chicago, NYC, Texas and Puerto Rico is our number one concern at this moment. As we practice social distancing to save lives, the need for help still continues in Puerto Rico specifically in the southern area of the island which was struck by an earthquake earlier this year. Grounds are still experiencing tremors. Most recently an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 hit once again on May 15 causing more destruction in the island.
Arte al Rescate is eager to continue its efforts in providing aid to communities in need. We will resume aid efforts when life permits and it is safe for all involved.
